Hello
I received the following message: but I don't know which publication it refers to.
I have no alerts in my account. What should I do?
Facebook strives to protect everyone's intellectual property. In this context, we inform you that your video contains content that you may not have the right to use.
Sony Music Entertainment - SME has filed a complaint regarding your video because it may include music, audio content, or video content owned by them.
These measures will be applied automatically unless you file a dispute. You have 7 days to file it if you believe it is an error and that you have the rights to use this content. By filing your dispute, you allow Sony Music Entertainment - SME to review your video and any information that may help them identify your account.

I received an email from Facebook informing me that Sony Music has filed a complaint regarding a video; I have absolutely no idea what this video is. They indicate that I have 7 days to file a dispute. I am certain this is a scam, and I will not respond. I will seek advice from my lawyer.
Hello there,
We don't see how a lawyer would have any qualification to intervene in the sovereign decision of a social network or forum to ban certain content or a specific user.
Even if there were a legitimate reason to take action against Facebook through a lawyer, neither the damages claimed nor the disproportionate cost of such action is worth it: mentioning a lawyer's action in this regard is just words.
If this isn't true, as said, we contest it although Facebook's responsiveness in this matter is not guaranteed.
If it is, we should count ourselves lucky not to be pursued by Sony for having used content it owns the rights to.
