Hello,

One of my Kappa earbuds is draining unusually fast despite the charging time I give it. When I take my earbuds and put them in, they sync up. But after barely 5 minutes, the earbud shuts down and tells me

《 battery low 》

Which means low battery.

So I'm forced to use only one earbud, which lasts.

Hello. This means that your earphone's battery no longer holds a charge, it is probably dead.
