Virus pop-up permanent

Hello. I have a new laptop running Windows 11.
Just two days after the McAfee protection expired, I'm being bombarded by a permanent pop-up notification telling me I'm infected with TrojanAL11. When you click on either of the two (they follow each other constantly), I end up on McAfee, which asks me to run a scan, finds 5 issues, and prompts me to renew my subscription.
I tried ESET Online Scanner; Malwarebytes; Duet; Avast One; only one found the pop-up as a problem; the others found nothing. Action required; quarantined, I clicked OK. The problem doesn't appear in the new scans, but it still remains! How can I get rid of it?
By the way, should Windows Defender be complemented with an antivirus? Because for a month, I had McAfee Kaspersky active on this computer.
Thank you.

a hello, a reply, a thank you are always appreciated. -
Windows Defender is itself a complete antivirus, which is fully activated at the same time as your Windows. So if your Windows is activated, there is no need for a second antivirus.

Glad to hear that. Thank you.
