Google Pixel Buds right extremely low sound

Hello,

For the past 3 days, my Pixel Buds A series have been producing an uneven sound between them. The left earbud has perfect sound, but the right one has its sound divided by 2 or 3. After a thorough cleaning, restarting the phone, deleting and resetting the buds, the issue remains. There has been no impact or exposure to water. Is it a bug in the software? I also thought it might be a problem like on Windows with the sound balancer that sometimes cuts off sound from one earbud, but I don't see such a setting on Android. If anyone has a solution, I am all ears.

    Hello,

    I have the same issue, and it is due to the update to 3.527.0 I believe; I thought it was due to the phone, I connected them to my computer and had the same issue, and I tested with an Intermarché Bluetooth headset and the headset works perfectly...
