Flight Simulator X with Windows 11

Hello, I am trying in vain to reinstall my FSX Gold flight simulator on my computer after a complete reset. It worked very well with Windows 10, but since I upgraded to Windows 11, I can’t reinstall FSX using the official DVD set: during the loading of the second DVD, a message informs me that the operation is canceled and the loaded files are deleted. For your information, X Plane 10 works very well (great software but very complicated to set up) and, curiously, the DVD version of FSX from 2002 also works very well (but it’s very basic compared to FSX Gold, and probably nothing like FSX 2020).

If anyone among you can provide me with an explanation, it would be welcome. Thank you.

    Hello, check if you need to update your simulator to Windows 11 version?
