Hello,

I want to transfer my photos from my Oppo A53s smartphone to my PC with Win10.

I can't seem to find any drivers that work online.

Does anyone have a lead?

Thank you.

Have a good afternoon.

Vincent

    Hello,

When you connect your Oppo to your computer, press Windows + R simultaneously and type devmgmt.msc, then confirm by pressing Enter.

In the Device Manager, do you have a driver (related to your phone) with an exclamation mark? If so, right-click on the driver, go to Properties > Details, and select Hardware Ids.

You can then use the first number to find the appropriate driver, or share it here if you want us to find it for you.

To install it, right-click on the driver again in the Device Manager and click Update. Then specify the path where the driver you downloaded is located to install it.

    Hello,

I have had an Oppo for a few weeks (not the same model), it hasn't installed anything on my PC and neither have I, the USB debugging isn't even enabled.

If it uses something for the transfer, it can only be the generic adb driver that was already on the PC.
