Hello, I see that I have an Avast withdrawal on July 29th, I didn't request anything. Can you tell me what I should do? Thank you.

    Hello,

    Avast cannot know your credit card number if you haven't given it to them.

    So first, check your emails when you signed up for a free offer and read the terms and conditions, which should specify that you will be charged in X months...

    Then, in the same terms and conditions, there is the procedure to unsubscribe.

    If you haven't validated anything on your end, you can still report it to your bank and request a chargeback.

    This may result in a change of bank card.
