Hello,
Following my RAM change, right after that my Realtek audio driver got uninstalled and since then I have had no way to reinstall it... I tried but nothing works, however I went into device manager, and when I try to install the driver it crashes my PC with a blue screen! When I connect Bluetooth audio devices it works, so I don't know where the problem is coming from, I no longer have audio because I've lost my Realtek audio driver.

Good evening Lato,
- Following your issue, I think you should first check Windows Update (if you haven't already) to see if there are any driver updates (also look at optional updates, you never know).
- If the previous solution didn't work, check if you still see the driver in the device manager; if so, uninstall it and then restart your PC.
- If the problem persists, try updating the BIOS through the manufacturer's website for your motherboard.
I hope this helps you with your issue.
Hello,
Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
What do you have in audio, video, and game controllers?
Provide the hardware ID of the sound card.
Check this --> Find the device identification number
Post the number in your next message.

When I try to install the audio driver via the device manager... my PC crashes with a blue screen. I've researched online and the reason for my blue crash with the error code relates to my audio driver. It's been two weeks already; it's really a disaster...
Try this driver --> Realtek 6.0.9475.1
Unzip it
Run the setup.exe

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If it doesn't work, try this version --> Realtek 6.0.9107.1

I do not see the driver in my device manager at all.
