G402 mouse not detected

Hello, my problem is that I just got a G402 and to explore all the options, I installed G Hub. The issue is that once I open the software, it shows that my mouse is inactive, so I can’t access its settings. I have a MacBook Air M1 and I'm using a hub to connect my mouse. Thank you for your feedback.

    Are you sure it's compatible with your version of macOS? The Logitech site only mentions "Windows 10 and later"...
