Laptop jack issue Windows 11

Hello,

I currently have a problem with the jack input on my laptop (HP Victus running Windows 11), my jack input doesn’t detect any device when I plug in headphones or earphones, which work on all my other devices.

The sound comes out normally from my built-in speakers, but when I plug in headphones, the sound also comes from the speakers and not from the headphones.

All my drivers are up to date.
