Thumbnail in explorer

Hello,

I'm new to GIMP, and I would like to see thumbnails of .xcf images in Windows Explorer, just like I see for .jpg (or .psd) files.

Do you know how to do this?

    thank you for your response,

    unfortunately I had already seen this discussion, and I have both xnview and sagethumbs, but I don't see the thumbnails, I believe I have tried a lot of options in these programs.
