High Sierra: Reinstallation Refusal "Server Not Contacted"

Hello,
I wanted to reinstall my iMac High Sierra V.10.13.6 from scratch (with formatting).
To do this, I followed these steps:
- Cmd + R
- Disk Utility
- Select the internal hard drive (no partitioning by default)
- "Erase"
- Same for the format "Mac OS Extended"
Restart and Cmd + R: HDD completely empty (so far so good)
THEN
In the window with 4 choices, I click on the reinstall option
The HIGH SIERRA window opens
I click "Continue" and then boom: "The recovery server could not be contacted"
I tried several times: nothing works
I checked the time settings 'command ntp date -u time.apple.com'
Still nothing.
I'd like to point out that I'm connected via cable so normally, it's a stable Wifi (Ethernet connection between the box and the iMac)
Does anyone have any idea?
Thank you in advance
Best regards
Francis

Hello,
The fact that the Mac was started with the cmd and R keys means that the Mac booted from its recovery partition. This partition is on the same disk as the standard working partition. This means that a "total" erase is not really total. Moreover, for an internet reinstallation of older versions of macOS, Apple servers sometimes do not respond..
I suggest creating a High Sierra installation USB drive:

Then boot from this drive (insert the drive and boot while holding down the option key), then install High Sierra from that drive.
Best wishes
Francis.
Have a good day, good evening, good night ;)

Hello
I went on vacation, hence my late response.
I received confirmation from the Apple technician that the servers were closed for OS reinstalls after the maintenance deadline. I therefore had to pay 65 euros for him to reinstall it from his key. It's borderline extortion from Apple not to provide the option to reinstall an OS that we've paid for. Previously, with installation DVDs, it was always possible unless you stepped on them.
Anyway, thank you for your response
Best regards
Francis
