Hello,

When I took the tablet out of the box, it starts with "emergency," and I don't know how to set it up.

While searching for information on CCM, I found and thank the person for the tip to press the power button and the volume + button simultaneously, which allowed me to access a "Factory Mode" menu.

The available options are: Auto Test, Manual Test, Rest Report, Debug Test, Clear eMMC, Version, Reboot. It's possible to navigate through the menu using the volume button (to select one of the lines) and confirm with the power button.

I tried Reboot, but upon restarting, it still shows "emergency" at startup.

I am not sure how to proceed to set up the tablet.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello,

    Is it new?

Taking the tablet out of the box

If it malfunctions right after receiving it, it would be better to return it for a refund, as the law provides a timeframe for this.

Moreover, with such a mediocre brand and entry-level for 90 euros, don't expect miracles.

    Check with Clear eMMC...
