Change your email address / delete your leboncoin account

Hello,

I want to change my email address on the Le Bon Coin site because it has been hacked. As a result, I can no longer access it. However, to change the email address, I need to click on the link sent to that address to confirm its deletion... It's a catch-22.. And customer service isn't responding.

So I decide to delete my account and create a new one because I can't do it if my phone number is still linked to the old one. Same result. They will send me a code by email (to the hacked inbox) to confirm its deletion... Help!

I found an online form: https://assistance.leboncoin.info/hc/fr/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000199820&tf_360001532719=creer_%2F_gerer_%2F_supprimer_compte_part

Click on "I don’t have an account or my account is blocked," and it will open a form for you...

In the "email address" field, make sure to enter your new address... not the old one.

It's done. I never received a reply from them. I guess they must have replied to me by email... I had made the new information clear to them, though.
