Hello.

If it wasn't you who installed Reason Cybersecurity, that wouldn't be surprising since it often installs without the user's knowledge via free software.

Reason Cybersecurity appears in the installed programs as RAV endpoint protection, and it is often accompanied by Safer Web and VPN by RAV.

Uninstall it along with the other two programs if they are present and you are not using them; when you uninstall RAV endpoint protection, Windows Defender will automatically reactivate.

Uninstall RAV endpoint protection, Safer Web, and VPN by RAV with Revo Uninstaller in advanced scan mode.

Revo Uninstaller Tutorial to read carefully.

Accept the uninstallation of the program you wish to uninstall, and if there is an error message saying that the uninstallation is impossible, close the error message and continue the process.

Check "Advanced scan" and then click on "Scan".

Click on "Select all" and then on "Delete". If a second list appears, do the same, and once everything is deleted, click on "Finish." A reboot may be requested.

Hello,

Installing any third-party antivirus disables Windows Defender by taking over.

The question then boils down to whether we deliberately chose to install this Reason Cyber Security, which is unlikely, in which case we have nothing to do, or if it was installed without our knowledge (adware installation because we forgot to uncheck a box while installing another software).

In this latter scenario, it should be sufficient to uninstall it via the Control Panel or Revo Uninstaller.
