Shotcut - Exporting Issues with Poor Quality

Hello,

When I try to export my montage on Shotcut, the quality of the rendering is poor, as if you were changing an HD video on YouTube to 240p.

I have searched the forums for answers, I have tried all the advice but nothing works, the rendering is consistently bad. (Blurry, some pixels, etc.…)

Resolution at 1080x1920 (for an original image size of 3508x4960), format: 19:9, frame rate: 25, quality: 100%, etc...

I don't understand...

Can anyone help me?

    After several hours of actual searching, I found the answer which is incredibly simple...

    Settings > VideoMode > manually select a resolution instead of leaving it on "automatic," which has the effect of lowering the export quality.

    I don't know why this solution isn't circulating more on the internet, but if it can help a few people...
