Voice search has been disabled Windows 11

Hello,

I get a message "Voice search has been disabled" when I press the microphone on the Google search bar.

I have double-checked the settings which seem to be fine for the microphone, yet nothing works.

This is an Acer laptop.

    I managed to reinstall voice search, but when I enable Voice Access in the settings, I get a message saying that voice access is not supported with the device language and is only available in English.

    Do you know how to add French?
