Onkyo amplifier blocked NG:L R how to unlock it

Hello, I have an Onkyo TX SR 444 amplifier that got stuck when I turned up the volume. It’s impossible to get any sound or even a picture. I unplugged everything, but the same problem persists. GN: L R. Can someone please help me?

    I’m afraid this issue requires the intervention of a repair technician.

    The manual on page 89 states:

    If "NG" appears, immediately disconnect the power cord and contact your Onkyo dealer.

    However, with the speakers disconnected, do you still have the same problem or not?

    It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...
