Hello, my TV has recently been displaying black and white stripes at the bottom of the screen, I would like to know if it's a problem with the screen or just software.

    Hello,

    Unless you have a smart TV that uses software, this phenomenon usually corresponds to a scanning failure. You should at least provide the exact model number.
