I apologize for disturbing you. But I would like to know if there is a possibility to silence the ringtone during calls? This is to avoid all the unsolicited calls.

    Hello,

    AS470H is the reference for a handset. Which base do you have, AS470 (without built-in answering machine - a single button on the base) or AS470A (with answering machine - multiple buttons and a display on the base)?

    The phone cannot tell whether the call is advertising or not... there are options to block the ringtone:

    • In case of withheld calls
    • For all calls (but then you won't be notified of any calls at all - only the calling number on the handset screen).
    • The calling number is on the blacklist (15 numbers possible, which is not much).
