Hello, the sound from my smartphone (it's a Samsung Galaxy A10) on the voice recorder is very low even when turned up to the maximum, whereas it was working perfectly on Monday. I haven't done anything specific except for an update, but even before, the sound was very low. The videos in the gallery work perfectly. Do you have a solution, please? I've found the solution. You need to go to List, click on the three dots, and select Play via the speaker.
