Sign in: Google Two-Step Verification via SMS

During the two-step verification process to log in to GOOGLE, the boxes allowing to receive a code on a previously registered phone (by the way, I can see the last 2 digits of the number and the procedure has worked before..) are now grayed out and therefore unusable!!

Does anyone know the reason for this?
