Hello, I reset my son's klipad KL 9878 A tablet because he forgot his code, the tablet restarted in factory mode, but it is asking me for the factory code. Can someone help me with this step, thank you.

You should check with the retailer who sold it to you or with the manufacturer's support.

Also check the user manual.
