Hello everyone,
For over a year now, I have been having a problem with my TCL U55C7006 TV, which is no longer under warranty. Gradually, I am unable to access my apps. In fact, I can no longer update them because the TV indicates it cannot connect to the internet. However, I am indeed connected to the internet as I can still access Youtube and Netflix. Recently, I was still able to connect to My Canal, but I could not update this app. However, since yesterday, MyCanal has also failed, and I can no longer access it. TCL told me it was a software or firmware issue. They didn’t give me any solution other than to pay for a technician... So I am reaching out to you. I believe one of the solutions is to download software or firmware and install it via USB. I don’t see anything on the TCL website.
I hope you can help me resolve this issue,
Thank you in advance,
PS: The software of my TV is: V8-T658T01-LF1V570

Hello,
Unfortunately, the site is outdated in its explanations. It's impossible to obtain software through the TCL site, and the TCL U55C7006 television isn't even recognized on the TCL manufacturer site. I think it's a site that copied and pasted a text.
Hello,
You need the latest firmware for your TV... https://www.hardreset.info/fr/devices/tcl/tcl-u55c7006/faq/firmware/tcl-firmware/ if this is indeed the case.
I prefer that you wait for other more informed opinions.

Hello,
I am in the same situation as you.
Have you found a solution since the end of May?
