Resetting a Cisco 9200L switch

Hello,

I have a Cisco 9200L 48-port switch to reset because I don't have the password set by the tech who configured it (it's not our usual password... anyway)

When I connect serially to the switch, I reach a command prompt with "username" then "password", I have tested the default passwords I could find online but nothing.

I therefore attempted a password reset procedure found on Google, which involves starting the switch with the mode button pressed. Miracle, it works, I do get a command prompt allowing me to execute some commands. So I run "SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=1" then "boot flash:packages.conf" as said in the procedure, then I reboot the switch... which comes back to the "username" and "password" command prompt.

I am open to any idea that could finally help me reset this f***ing switch.
