Merci d’avance

Hello @Yanpte StatusMember.

The only way is to delete the Family Link account or to perform a wipe data/factory reset, and only you can do that.

Wipe data/factory reset Samsung Galaxy A3 2017.

No other solution is possible because in the event of rooting (modifying the system) the phone or a blocking account, the phone will be rejected. Here is what BackMarket's trade-in conditions state:

ARTICLE 5. WHAT INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED ABOUT THE PRODUCT?
5.1 An individual wishing to use the Trade-in Service agrees to describe as accurately as possible the nature and condition of the product he wishes to sell, in accordance with the grading list available at this link.
5.2 The individual must provide (i) a description of the nature of the product he wishes to sell, (ii) the brand of the
product, (iii) the model of the product, (iv) the specifications of the product, (v) the condition of the product and (iv) the network operator
to which the product is locked, if applicable. Furthermore, the individual declares (a) that he holds full ownership of the product he is selling, (b) that he has not acquired the product illegally, (c) that his statements regarding the condition of the product are truthful and accurate, (d) that he has not modified the software of the product (jailbroken the product), (e) that he has deleted all personal data from the product, and that he has deactivated all user accounts (or, failing that, that he will delete his data and deactivate his accounts before sending the product to the buyer).
