Police/Pornography

Hello,
First of all, know that I am not someone who wants to troll or anything.
I have a question because I went through a phase where I watched pornography, not in large amounts or anything, but about every 2/3 days, so when I learned that it wasn't really legal (to watch porn), I stopped.
But since then I've been stressed, I'm afraid that during that time, unintentionally, I may have watched child pornography videos, and I'm really scared because I did not want to watch that kind of thing and I don't know if I have seen that, but I would like to know if the police could come to my house or send a letter: a summons, a fine... And since I stopped, I'm afraid the police will come to my house, that my mother won't be proud of me, and I have definitely stopped this, so in conclusion, I would like to know if the police could potentially come to my house or send me a fine or something like that, because I'm stressed, and I don't want the police to come and for my mother not to be proud of me.
Have a good day/evening.

Hello,
Apart from voluntarily accessed child pornography websites and considering whether it is a good thing, accessing pornography sites is not illegal for adults and is not sanctioned for minors.
In the latter case, it is the distributor who can be held liable since they have an obligation to verify the age of the person.
The judicial police state no more than that they impose fines and legal summonses under the authority of the Prosecutor of the Republic, which can only occur if a judicial investigation leads to suspicion or evidence of deliberate consultation or hosting of child pornography content.

As Jin said, if you see a site like this, you should report it immediately.
In case you receive an email with a "court summons" for child pornography or other offenses, it's a scam to retrieve credit card information.
The police, gendarmerie, etc. never send summons via email... So do not respond to this kind of email.
Hello, In France, you are completely entitled to browse pornographic sites for your personal development; however, if during this leisure activity you witness the sharing of child pornography videos or images, it is your duty to report it to the authorities! You can make a report online here:

Hello,
If you have actually accessed child pornography content, we cannot guarantee 100% that there will be no consequences. The chances are infinitesimal, but not zero. Especially since we have no idea about the type of content, how frequently it was accessed, and the websites visited.
If accessing this content wasn't a habit, and was truly unknowing, and if there is no remaining content on your phone or computer, it shouldn't cause any issues.
Hello,
After multiple checks, I have nothing left on my phone (I'm almost sure), regarding the frequency of viewing during my period I could watch pornography up to once a day but that wasn’t often the case, except towards the end of my period, and I am a minor, so I would like to know if you know the answer to whether my parents could have any problems,
Have a good evening
Hello,
Why add more, especially when it's off-topic?
Sections 227-15 to 227-21 of the Penal Code deal with the abandonment by the father or mother of their legal obligations towards the minor, or even the provocation by these ascendants that may force or lead the minor to illegal behavior, which is clearly not the case here.
The penal aspect has been discussed above; it is null as long as pornographic content has not been deliberately and/or habitually consulted, established, or disseminated.
A television news report this week reminded us that about 50% of boys and 30% of girls in the 12-13 age group were already regularly visiting pornographic sites; the question is not whether this is good or desirable, but such consultation does not carry any criminal character at present except for the distributors.
Re Hello,
I understood your message, but if I accidentally viewed some child pornography content,
would I be punished? Would I face a fine? Would I have a criminal record? Would there be an investigation into me?
During that time, sometimes on apps like Twitter, I liked photos and sometimes I saved them on my phone, but I don't know their ages, so would I be punished? Knowing that based on my checks, I no longer have anything on my phone, I have deleted my Twitter account, and after multiple checks, I seem to have nothing left on my phone of a pornographic nature, but since I previously downloaded pornographic images and I didn't know their ages, would I be punished? But normally, I believe I deleted everything, and if you have 2 or 3 techniques to verify that I really don't have anything on my phone of a pornographic nature, I would be interested,
Have a good day
PS:
Since that time, I stress every day when I'm at home, sometimes when I go out, and I would like to be sure that I have nothing to worry about in terms of the law, because I am really really really really scared that the police will come...
I gave you the answers in <1>, there's no point in repeating the same thing several times without having read them.
Hello brucine, in my opinion the requester must be a troll who is polluting this forum. He has received around ten replies or more and keeps asking the same question. Personal opinion @+
Hello,
It's not even certain, but it's equally infuriating; on this type of subject as on others (for example, the delivery of parcels purchased from dubious sites in China or elsewhere), a certain number of requesters will repeat the same question an innumerable number of times even though the answers have been provided to them.
Even if there were a criminal risk, which doesn't seem to be the case here, the act of asking multiple times whether the police are going to show up or not (or to a lesser extent whether the parents are going to find out about the situation) won't change the fact that it may or may not happen.
