An alternative to SecureAccess?

Hello,

I am looking for an equivalent solution (preferably free) to protect a hard drive.
My key is a sandisk, so SecureAccess sandisk works without any issues, but this software is not compatible with my HDD.

Axcrypt requires a subscription, so that's a no.

Any suggestions?

    Thank you for your responses, I’ve also been advised to use USB Secure, which one among the three do you recommend?

    VeraCrypt / TrueCrypt / USB Secure

    (I have very little knowledge in IT, since I have several options I’m asking for your opinion)

      I suggested USB Secure because it is easy to use.
