file to delete or keep?

Good evening,

I just found the following file in the hidden files:

$AV_ASW, its size is 8.72 MB

it would contain 1 file 5ce96db05c4bd0b16097a0ba58fd3019d658470db5b893c94305b5feca8c7a6c.dat

and another vault.db

the creation date of all the files is today, specifically at 11:12 for all the files and folders

What is this file, can I delete it without risk?
