Bluetooth earphones snap issue

Hello,

Good evening to you, I'm having a problem on Snapchat, my Galaxy Buds Live do not work during calls, the sound comes from the phone. They work for voice messages and watching snaps but not during calls, does anyone have this problem?

    Hello,

    You need to go to the phone settings, then to applications and open the Snapchat permissions and allow "nearby devices".

      The permission for nearby devices is indeed enabled and it still doesn't work for me, and the sound still comes out of the phone.
