Hello,

Yesterday, I connected my Snapchat account to my tablet that had never been synced with my account. I then received a snap from someone I haven't spoken to in a long time. From there I wondered about the strange arrival of it. The contact who sent it to me assures me they haven't contacted me for nearly 2 years and therefore did not send me this snap. Do you know what could have happened?

Moreover, some conversations are not dated correctly (they are dated this year even though they occurred 2 or 3 years ago). Do you have an answer regarding this issue as it's causing problems with my girlfriend who came across it?

    It's perfectly normal.
    Lately, the SnapChat application has been experiencing some synchronization issues. For instance, I have users that I have blocked, yet I still receive a red/blue snap notification even though they are blocked.
