Unable to start PS4

Hello,

I have a problem with my PS4, I tried to turn it on and a message appeared: "Cannot start PS4. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 controller using a USB cable, then press the PS button."

I did the requested manipulation, and nothing. I also tried a second manipulation by trying to start the PS4 in safe mode, but the message still appears. Has anyone encountered this problem before?? I need help pleasee
