Hello
I have a FRAMEO digital photo frame
My issues:
- transferring photos received to my computer (so that, if necessary, I can print them)
- I cannot access the user manual without "pulling out my green card"; can we please get it for free?

Please do not write in capital letters. It represents "anger" on the internet.

► Are they on your computer?
► The user manuals are free.
► What is this reference? It is not complete.

I receive photos on Frameo
I want to know if it is possible to transfer these photos to my computer
I have access to the frameo-server, in the user manual, but giving bank references.... it surprises me too
I don't have other references; It's my children who "paid for this"; and I would have liked to solve this problem "alone like a grown-up"

I have the confirmation that it is an electronic frame. Check out the user manual (in English unfortunately!) and see if you can find what you're looking for...
I'm not sure we can transmit images from this frame, but I don't know this object either....
