Hello everyone,
I haven't been able to use the numeric keypad on my computer for a few days now!
I work with statistics, so on Excel files, which is very penalizing for me, even
though I use the keys on the numeric keyboard! This leads to time loss and mistakes due to reflexes.
I checked all the posts on this topic in the forum, but I couldn't find the solution.
Who can help me solve this problem?
My LENOVO laptop runs on Windows 10...
Thank you very much for your time.

Hello andyne,
Excellent, I didn’t know the trick (we learn something new every day), I'm happy for you, good luck.
Best regards.

Hello andyne,
Could you please provide the exact references for this Lenovo?
Also specify whether it is Windows 10 version 32 or 64 bits.
Best regards

Good evening and thank you... my Lenovo is IDEAPAD 110, if that is the correct reference, regarding the version
about the bits... I don't know, where can I find it?

In principle, the reference looks like this, you are missing some elements, Ideapad 110 Touch-15ACL.
It's possible that you can find this on the label stuck underneath the machine.
Regarding the version, right-click on the Start icon in the bottom left of the taskbar, then select System, it's noted on the line System type.
See you later!

Here are the references:
LAPTOP 442M8CV7 - Readon R2 Graphics - 4 GB - 64 Bits -
Thank you for your reply.

Indeed, I initially provided you with the reference found on the system menu, the one under the laptop is:
LENOVO IDEAPAD 110 - 17 ACL....
Let me know if this is acceptable. Thank you.

Good evening,
To avoid acting without knowing, it's indeed about the numeric keypad, don't confuse it with the touchpad!
One key activates it or not; I assume you've tested it?
Is there any alert in the Device Manager, by any chance, a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark?
To access it, press the Windows (keyboard) + R keys simultaneously, type devmgmt.msc in the designated box, then confirm by clicking OK.
Otherwise, I'll share a link for you to click on; it will take you to a screen page offering to scan the PC for potential issues and suggest solutions to fix them. Lenovo Ideapad 110-17ALC.
Best regards.

It's the numeric keypad, and I don't have the yellow triangle... I don't understand... I've tried all the suggested manipulations, and nothing works!! Too bad for me... it's not easy to use the Alpha keyboard when you enter numbers all day!
Thank you very much for your help, Gig29.
Maybe a user of this site will be able to help me out.

Have you scanned the manufacturer’s site?
No worries, but it’s an “l” and not an “i” in glg.
See you!
