Hi, so the problem is that it has lasted more than 2 years. I want to fix this issue on my father's PC. I've looked for solutions for sometimes up to an hour, and the problem is still not resolved, always the same error code. I’ve sometimes reinstalled Windows 10, and the installation doesn't complete without an error code, even with the installation of Windows 11, knowing that the version of Windows 10 is old because there are no more updates. I would like to solve this problem with your help; that would be great.

    In the video, he explains that he runs the Windows Update troubleshooter and it detected a problem for me. Despite this, it still shows me the same error message but with the other procedures.
