Samsung Galaxy A33 5G "unauthorized reset"

Hello, I bought a Samsung A33 5G on Leboncoin that was supposed to be "unlocked and in perfect working condition," but when I get to the Wi-Fi login page, I receive an error message indicating that I cannot connect due to an unauthorized reset attempt of the settings.
I tried to contact the seller, but their account no longer exists, and I don't have their number because we only communicated via LBC messaging.
I haven't tried putting my SIM card into the phone yet for fear of making a mistake or worsening the situation, and the "ignore" option doesn't work.
Do you have any idea what I can do?...
Thank you in advance.

Hello.
Phones have not been locked to an ISP for a long time.
Reset the phone, everything will probably start working again.
PS: When buying a device that could be faulty or stolen on LBC, you need to take A LOT of precautions. It's better to miss out on a good deal than to ensure you make a bad one.
Thank you for your help.
It does seem that the seller was not very honest about the origin and condition of the phone...
When I try to follow what you sent me, I encounter a problem.
Once I start the phone as instructed and get to "Wipe data/factory reset", I receive a red message that says "If your phone is reset, you may need to enter the Google account information associated with this phone to be able to use it again".
However, I have no information about this Google account :(
And not having access to the phone's settings, I can't even try the other proposed solutions...
Hello.
If you go through the reset with the side button, are you always asked for a password?
Did you go through LBC with the official site payment or through another means?
