How to reset my Klipad TAB10HLS tablet?

Good evening everyone,

Here is my problem...

I have a Klipad TAB10HLS Series 2018/Quad/2 tablet for which I forgot the password, and I need to reset it.

I would like to point out that this tablet does not have volume +/- buttons on the side, as I have read that some tablets can be reset using these volume buttons as well.

How can I reset it?

Can you help me? Please, thank you in advance.

But I have already looked at the manual on the support and nothing is indicated
