Hello

I wanted to know why a message isn't delivered on Messenger even though the person is online, and even when the person replies, the icon doesn't switch to "seen," but remains on "delivered" and then changes to "read" immediately after. However, when the person has just made a Messenger call and I send a message right after, the icon shows as "sent." I want to clarify that the person is constantly online.
