Razer Nari Ultimate headset disconnects when there is sound

Hello, I have a big problem with my headset (Razer Nari Ultimate). Since yesterday, whenever there is sound on my computer, it disconnects and reconnects, making it unusable. When I'm playing Overwatch, it even lags the game when it disconnects and reconnects in a loop.

I've tried updating the Realtek Audio drivers, uninstalling the headset in Device Manager, and even reinstalling Windows, but nothing works; the problem persists. I also tried plugging it in via jack, and it works fine. I've also tested my headset on another computer, and it works normally.

I've noticed that when this happens, the USB key logo appears and disappears in the small arrow at the bottom right in a loop, then it stops. It's very strange.

If anyone could help me, that would be nice; it's driving me crazy. Thank you!
