No sound on LG TV headset connection activated

Hello,

Following a test of connecting headphones to the TV, we no longer have sound on our TV even though we have removed the plug.

I tried resetting to factory settings but that doesn't work

    Hello, I have the same problem after connecting a wireless headset, and when I unplugged it, there was no more sound from the TV, and it says it's in headset mode and I can't access the sound menu, I don't know what to do.. thank you.
