Hello, my laptop shows this as soon as it needs to restart. I don't know what to do anymore. It turns on normally, but when I need to restart it for an update or a simple reboot, it shows me this (photo). Is anyone able to help me?

    hi

when you start the PC after a shutdown, do you not get the message?

do you only get this message when waking from sleep and after a restart of the PC?

the translation of the message from your screenshot

please make sure the system meets both conditions below
veuillez vous assurer que le système répond aux deux conditions ci-dessous

    plug in AC adapter
    branchez l'adaptateur secteur

battery capacity is more than 25%
la capacité de la batterie est supérieure à 25 %

what is the brand and model of the PC?

    its OS (W10 or others)?

It’s an Acer Nitro. Windows 11. I only get this message during restarts, for example when there’s a Windows or Nvidia update. It turns on normally apart from that. But this is annoying for my updates. It is always plugged in and the battery has been removed.

    hi

    This is an Acer Nitro.

okay, please give the full model

in search, type msinfo32 and click on Open

on the page, look for the model line (click on the image)

It is always plugged in and the battery has been removed.

    is the battery defective?

    bye

No, no, but I play a lot and so to avoid overheating, my brother-in-law removed the battery.

do a test with the battery in place, to see if the message reappears

PS: turn off and unplug the PC from the mains before putting the battery back in its slot

I just noticed that my computer has been showing this to me for the past 2 or 3 days. I have to wait for my brother-in-law to put the battery back in because he has to unscrew the bottom of my computer to put the battery back.

    re

for the notification message, you can restart the PC

after the firmware update, check if the message still appears or not

The problem is there. The restart does not happen and it gets stuck on the page I posted first on the forum. So I have to manually turn it off every time and the restart is not recorded.

    re

when the PC needs to restart, try this instead of turning it off manually

    press the CTRL+ALT+DEL keys

in the page that opens (at the bottom right), click on the Start icon, and choose Restart

see what it looks like for the message
