Black screen on Schneider TV

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I’m really troubled because my son played with the blacklight on his Schneider smart TV, he turned it all the way up and now can’t go back since yesterday. I no longer have access to the menu and I would like to know how to reset it please, I tried leaving it unplugged for 24 hours but nothing works, I hope you can help me and I thank you in advance even if it's impossible.
