Display bug on my Freebox Revolution

Hello, I didn't know where to ask my question. I hope I'm in the right forum.

A few days ago, the time on my Freebox Révolution stopped displaying, and now I see that there's a vertical bar showing on the right side of the area where the time usually appears.

Have other people had this problem? What should I do to get back to the usual display?

Hello,

I think all the fbx V6 displays must have broken down; this has been the case for all the ones I've seen.

And there you have it ....

But misery, how annoying the line spacing is !!

Hello BourrinOman83,
Yes, I had the same problem, it didn't display anything (time) but it was still working fine.
I had it replaced much later but for other reasons.

So if it's working properly, you can leave it as is or request a replacement by calling 3244 but mention that you're having issues, that your TV is not displaying your recordings folder or something else. Otherwise, I'm afraid that Free will replace the box if it's functioning (and they can see that from their end because they will test it...).
Regards!

Hello,

It's been a long time since the display of my Freebox Revolution died: completely black.

I'm doing just fine without it. All the commands have their equivalent in Freebox OS.

What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello, I've lost the display for a long time and 2 other people I know are in the same situation. What is certain is that you shouldn't request an exchange from Free, there are no new V6 boxes available anymore, so they send you a box retrieved from a customer who switched ISPs and they don't always check that all the functionalities still work. If it means ending up with a nice display but a dead hard drive or faulty Wi-Fi, it's not worth it.
