Hello,

Like other users on this site, I made the mistake of buying a connected Eko watch on showroomprivé. I only powered it on today because I was waiting for the SIM card… After a very difficult connection (the SIM card was purchased in the indicated format but is not the format of the watch, and the manual is missing and needs to be downloaded from the Internet), after sending several coded SMS for troubleshooting, the watch worked but with intermittent connectivity… and for the past 2 hours it has been impossible to communicate with it as it is disconnected again. The message indicates a network problem… have you resolved this issue?

Hello. Despite the response from showroom privé to this message, I want to say that they are not able to provide any assistance. They propose to send the watch back to their suppliers, as it was not sent by them. They are washing their hands of the whole thing. Return shipping costs are our responsibility (refunded as a voucher, so essentially lost to be honest). In short, it’s almost as expensive as the watch. After several months of "use," I confirm everything I said above, and even worse. Because today this watch barely has five hours of battery life, with the child unable to charge it during recess?????! Moreover, one should not expect too much from the GPS, which gives me a location that is off by 10 km????!
