Reminder message sent, HELP!!

Hello,

I'm reaching out for help because I made a mistake; I sent a message by accident, and I would like to recall it. It's Sunday so the message hasn't been opened.
In searching online, I found instructions on how to proceed, but when I go to the sent message, file, I don't have the "information" option. My Thunderbird version is 102.6.1; so it should be possible to recover it since the instructions date back to 2011, I don't think things have changed for the worse........ Does anyone know how to do this?

    Hello,

    It is supposed to be possible under certain conditions depending on the recipient's server (Outlook server) and the messaging services that rely on it, but in general, from Thunderbird, it is not more than retrieving a letter that has already been sent.
