Error sending message in Thunderbird

Hello,
When I send a message using Thunderbird, I consistently get the following message:
"Your message has been sent, but a copy has not been placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to a network or file access issue.
You can try again or save the message locally in Local Folders..."

When I save locally (which is not suitable for my business), I receive the following message:
"Your message has been successfully sent and saved; however, an error occurred while applying message filters to it."

I am using Thunderbird version 68.4.2 in 32 bits.
My email service is with Gmail.
I am using IMAP.
I have already tried clicking on "Repair" several times, but it didn't change anything.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird, with no effect...

I tried:

To do:
1/ Tools > Account Settings
2/ Click on 'Copies & Folders' on the left side
3/ On the right side:
a) Set "When sending messages, place a copy in" to:
Other folder: Account name > Inbox > Sent
b) Set "Keep drafts in" to:
Other folder: Account name > Inbox > Drafts

No effect...

Beyond that, I don't have enough expertise in the field to say more.
Could you help me fix this malfunction?
Thank you for your assistance.
