Reduce photo size on Galaxy S10 E

Hello everyone
I have a big problem with my Galaxy S10e, I can't change the size of the photos (so the resolution, I think) and because of that, I can't send them via SMS and in an email they're too large, to send more than 2. I've searched everywhere, I could only find how to change the format but that's it.
I don't understand, I used to do it very easily on my old Galaxy A3.
Thank you so much for your responses.
Have a nice day.

Hello,
What image format are your photos in... JPEG, PNG,... etc?

Hello,
You can’t do anything with the Camera app (Apparently Samsung does not offer the ability to take pictures of m...).
Everything happens in the Gallery.
- Display the photo and click on the small pencil for editing at the bottom.
- In the next screen, click on the 3 dots at the bottom right and choose Resize. You can then modify the number of pixels and the size of the photo.
- When you have made your choice, do not click on Save; click again on the 3 small dots and choose Save as Copy. This way, you will avoid overwriting the original photo.
What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to express it come easily.

Hello
Thank you very much, I had found that but I can hardly believe there’s no way to pre-set the dimensions of the photos
Otherwise, I have to modify them after every photo, it's crazy, especially since this feature existed on my A.3 and on my wife's!???
Have a nice day and thanks again for your interest

Hello, thank you so much for your research, that's very kind of you. I will see if I can find a forum dedicated to Samsung because it seems inconceivable to me to have this setting on older Samsung models and not on mine!???
Have a great day
