Reduce a GPX file

Hello,
How can I reduce a GPX file?
I want to view a GPS route from my Garmin watch and install it on Openrunner, but they only accept a maximum of 300KB while my file is 791KB.

    I'm trying to do the same thing.

    I'm using gpslabel, I save the .GPX file as .txt (garminmapsource) and then I save it again as gpx.
