Sound issue with the speaker

Good evening, I have a sound problem on my PC. I changed my speakers because I thought they were defective, but that wasn't the case. When I watch a video, one speaker works well and the other has low and inaudible sound (impossible to hear the voices). I checked the balance and it's well adjusted. When I connect my headphones, there's no sound issue.

    Have you checked if your speakers can accept updates.
