Irrecoverable error 0x8000ffff

Hello everyone.

Since the day before yesterday, I have this error that is ruining my life, no icons anywhere on my PC, I tried the SFC command, errors detected, but impossible to repair. I have tried several ways to fix this, but nothing works, I really need help please.
